Ben joined the B Murphy Team in 2025, bringing over 16 years of expertise in project management. Most recently he served as a project manager for David Gross General Contractor in Crested Butte, where he specialized in single family custom homes in the North Valley. Ben’s passion for the building process shines through in his commitment to building performance, site-specific functional design, and preserving architectural intent. An organizer by nature, he is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each project, establishing clear expectations and schedules, and maintaining open, transparent communication with clients. 

Originally from North Dakota, Ben graduated from the College of William & Mary in Virginia before moving to the mountains of Colorado in 2006. Passionate about the outdoors, he spent three seasons as a fly fishing guide in Alaska and enjoys bowhunting, fishing, backpacking, skiing, and quality time outside with his wife and two children.
