Collaboration with owner and architect to implement any required design changes to ensure project goals are met.

This web-based platform provides organized, accessible, and always up-to-date progress reporting, keeping owners informed whether they’re local or remote. It also offers easy-to-reference documentation, capturing every step of the construction process for seamless communication and transparency.
• A complete project schedule build out prior to start of construction with real-time updates available to homeowners anytime via Buildertrend.
• Dedicated project management with the on-site presence your project deserves in order to drive progress every step of the way.
• A focus on proper sequencing of trades, always looking ahead to avoid delays, and expediting progress without sacrificing quality.
• Collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and designers as needed throughout construction to clarify plans, ensure all parties' needs are met, and expedite progress.   
• Skilled in-house carpentry with crew leads and members that have a passion for quality construction and take pride in their work.
• An in-house fleet of heavy equipment and a team of operators to accelerate construction progress. From a 40-ton crane for setting large structural members to snowblowers for efficient snow removal, we have the resources to respond quickly and deliver results without relying on external providers.
• Contracting with proven and trusted subcontractors using clear, comprehensive scope descriptions and well-defined expectations to set the foundation for success. Our team provides in-person, on-site management and supervision to ensure seamless integration of materials and workmanship.
• Daily collaboration between full-time and in-house accounting and project managers to ensure prompt and accurate financial reporting. All aspects of construction financing, invoicing, taxes and insurance are performed in-house and with full transparency.
