Wes, a Colorado native, spent his early years in Colorado Springs and Oklahoma, and graduated high school in Texas in 2009. After graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving as a munitions systems specialist in South Korea and Germany before returning stateside.



In 2019, Wes joined the BMC Team as a carpenter, quickly earning a reputation for his reliability, professionalism, and eagerness to learn. His strong work ethic and attention to detail make him a valuable leader on job sites, particularly when it comes to intricate finish work—a challenge he truly enjoys. 

Outside of work, Wes enjoys skiing, fishing, and, most of all, making memories with his wife and son.
